How to Live Your Dream Life Through Soul-Led Choices

I want you to connect your mind and your heart for a moment and ask yourself this:

Who is the person of your dreams?

And by that, I don’t mean the one you want to meet.

I mean you. Who is the version of you that you dream of becoming?

In this lifetime, who do you want to be?

What does she experience, create, enjoy, feel, heal, and become?

We spend so much time imagining the perfect partner. Manifesting the soulmate. But how often do we daydream about ourselves and who we’re here to become?

Let that become your new fantasy.

Your new vision board.

Your new sacred obsession.

What does she look like? What does she wear? What does she believe about herself?

Does she move her body every day? Does she meditate, pray, journal, take daily walk?

What does her energy feel like when she enters a room?

How does she speak to others? How does she talk to herself?

What kind of boundaries does she keep?

Who are her people? What do they laugh about, cry about, create together?

What has she had to cultivate to become her? Discipline? Trust? Forgiveness? Bravery? Stillness? Letting her hair down? Letting people in?

And what parts of her can you already begin practicing today?

Because becoming her starts with a single, soul-led choice. Your next choice, even if it's a small one.

It could start with:

  • Choosing the nutrient-dense salad over pasta

  • Booking the health appointment instead of avoiding it

  • Making amends instead of holding tension

  • One minute of mindfulness instead of 20 minutes of scrolling

  • Choosing water over wine

  • Making eye contact with a stranger instead of hiding behind your screen

  • Cooking at home rather than ordering in or going out

  • Going to bed instead of watching just one more episode

  • Writing in your journal instead of spiraling in your thoughts

  • Reaching out to a loved one instead of assuming they’re too busy

  • Stretching your body for 5 minutes instead of skipping movement altogether

  • Saying “thank you” with sweet presence instead of rushing past the moment

  • Putting on clothes that make you feel like your best self instead of just comfy

  • Reading one page of a soul-expanding book instead of doom scrolling

  • Saying no with love instead of yes out of obligation

  • Choosing kindness over coldness

  • Making the tiny extra effort to treat a stranger like a real human

  • Breathing deeply before you respond instead of reacting impulsively

  • Seeing and hearing the world around you instead of disappearing into your phone

  • Beginning, even imperfectly, instead of waiting to feel ready

The life you want begins with what you choose today.

Journaling prompts

  1. Who is the person I dream of becoming? What has she achieved? What is she in the process of creating? What kind of life is she living?

  2. What qualities or habits has she cultivated to become who she is? (Eg., discipline, play, rest, creativity, courage)

  3. Where am I still living small out of fear, and what’s one shift I’m ready to make?

  4. What might change if I started acting like she’s already within me?

  5. What small, soul-aligned choice can I make today that brings me closer to being her?
